If you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, but the product has already been produced (though not yet shipped), a processing fee will apply as follows:

• Within 36 hours of placing your order: $6 USD per item.
• After 36 hours: The fee will vary based on the stage of production and will be confirmed by our customer support team.

This fee will be deducted from the total refund. If the product has already been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

To ensure cancellation, please contact our customer support. If we do not receive your cancellation request, your order will continue through normal processing.

• During peak holiday seasons, design modifications may extend production time, and we cannot guarantee timely delivery in such cases.
